Stephanie Rosol > SENIOR COACH

REMEMBERING A STATE OF FLOW AND PEAK PERFORMANCE

“I love swinging a bat. After I check my alignment, shoulders over hips, there is no thinking needed. My body knows what to do. And when I connect - pure wow. I started playing softball at age 6 after watching my mom who played at first. Being on a team - playing to win, is something I’ve done my whole life so it’s no surprise that coaching sessions are a place where I am fully present, and centered too. This is where I find great optimism and eagerness from clients, an openness to learn and grow - to improve their performance under pressure.”

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Stephanie brings deep knowledge of leadership development, performance management, and all aspects of Human Resources to CROFT + Company. As Vice President of Human Resources for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, she led HR Strategy for resort and outlet openings, engagement of 12,000 employees, and large scale initiatives to respond to economic downturns. In the role of operational executive she shaped the leadership culture at Caesars Entertainment, an organization of more than 90,000 employees. Charged with team building, designing and facilitating, she co-created and delivered programs that developed the skillsets of newly placed leaders and executives. As Board President of a Non-Profit, Stephanie led a successful $4 Million Capital Campaign to purchase and renovate a permanent facility. And she was recognized as one of Southern Nevada’s best and brightest professionals at Vegas Inc’s 10th annual 40 under 40 event.
